Registration Information
Mannsdale Elementary Registration
To register your child for Mannsdale Elementary School, please download and complete the following forms.
A child must live in the Mannsdale Attendance Zone in order to attend Mannsdale Elementary. This includes but is not limited to: Red Oak Plantation, Hatheway Lake, Providence, Devlin Springs, Johnstone, Livingston, Ashbrooke, Hartfield, Grayhawk, Stillhouse Creek, Wellington and portions of Lake Caroline. If you are unsure of the attendance zone in which you live, please call our front office or access the Madison County Schools homepage.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2013.
To register a new student at Mannsdale Elementary, please bring the following:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security card
3. MS Immunization form 121
4. Warranty deed or lease agreement
5. 2 current utility bills (electric, water, gas, phone)
6. Copy of the most recent report card
