To join the Madison Station PTO for 2012-2013, please complete the Membership Sign Up Form
. After you complete the sign up form, you will need to print off the PTO Fees
 document and bring it to school along with your payment. 
Membership dues are $10.00 per family. Dues must be paid in order for the membership process to be completed. As part of your membership you'll receive the exclusive Madison Station car emblem and a contact list of the families in our school by grade. Membership fees will be collected at our PTO table on Monday, August 6, (Meet the Teacher Night) or in the office throughout the school year. 
 
Also, if you are interested in volunteering to serve on a PTO committee, you may complete the sign up form above.

The following are areas in which you may help serve MSE:
 
Arts Attack- 2nd grade or Arts Sense:
Volunteer to assist the classroom teacher with an art lesson for an hour in the classroom on scheduled days

Arts Night:
Help with Arts Night in the Spring (frame artwork, set up art, send invitations, etc.)
Assist with various arts projects throughout the year (notecard sales etc.)

Community Pep Rally:
Work with committee to plan our school’s participation in the Madison Central Homecoming pep rally

Fall Festival:
Work with committee to organize and plan the festival held at MSE
Volunteer to help set up, work a booth, or clean up after event

Fundraising- K-5th:
Help with the sale of the “Enjoy the City” coupon book Help count money and organize orders Help sort and deliver coupon books

Fun Friday:
Help with this fundraiser held the last Friday of each month
Help pass out the treats and count money

Grounds:
Help committee with grounds maintenance and upkeep

Library Book Fair:
Work with the Librarian to help plan Fall and Spring Book Fairs
Help set up displays, help students select books, and collect money

Library Box Tops:
Help in promoting, collecting, and organizing Box Tops from students as a quarterly fundraiser

Publicity:
Help take pictures of school events to submit to the local newspapers

Room Mother:
Work with teachers and parents to help with school parties
Work with teacher to coordinate volunteers for field trips, special programs, or events for that classroom or grade

School Pictures:
Help on the days school pictures are taken

Spring Fling:
Work with committee to help plan and organize the event held at MSE
Volunteer to set up, work a booth, and/or clean up after the carnival

Student Recognition:
Help committee recognize students for excellent attendance, scholastic achievement, and other awards
Help sort and distribute awards to deserving students

Teacher Appreciation:
Work with committee to host special luncheons, gifts, or other programs for faculty and staff
Help to bake or send items for luncheons

T-shirts:
Work with committee to help with sales and delivery of school t-shirts

Wellness Wednesday:
Help at MSE on Wednesdays between 7:30-9:00 am to wash, cut, and deliver fresh fruit to the classroom

Yearbook Production:
Work with committee to design and produce the yearbook
Volunteer to serve as a classroom photographer and/or an online page designer

Yearbook Sales:
Help with promotion/sales of yearbook Help collect money and deliver yearbook:
