About the Teacher
This is my twelfth year to teach Special Education, Resource here at Madison Avenue. I am on the School Leadership Team and the School Safety Committee. This is my 25th year to teach. I am a 1987 graduate of Mississippi College with a BSed. I hold teaching certificates in the area of Regular Education, Kindergarten through Eighth Grade and in the area of Special Education, Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade. Teaching is my passion and teaching Special Education is my love. I believe that all children can learn and my goal is to teach each child on their level.
I am married to Mark Hardy. We have two children, Stephen and Ashleigh. We are active members of First Baptist Church, Madison, where I am in the choir. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling. I collect angels, crosses and cookbooks.
