   Welcome to second grade. I am looking forward to a great second grade year!

About Mrs. Lewis:

This is my fifth year at Madison Avenue. I taught first grade my first year at Madison Avenue. I taught second grade the last three years and I am excited about teaching second grade again this year.  I graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering  from Tulane University and worked in the engineering field for over thirteen years. Even though teaching is my second career it is truly my first love. I look forward to nurturing, guiding and educating your children as we travel this journey together.

I have been married for twenty-one years. I have a 17 year old daughter who will be a senior at Madison Central and a fifteen year old son who will be a sophomore at  Madison Central.
